DDF Recognized for Personal and Professional Development

LEXINGTON, Ky. (February 19, 2007) - Dean, Dorton & Ford, PSC, has been highlighted by the UK Institute for Workplace Innovation (iWin) in its report entitled Making Workplaces Work: Employer Best Practices in Kentucky. The report showcases promising workplace practices implemented by Kentucky employers to create more effective workplaces. The report describes Dean, Dorton & Ford’s Life Print program, which helps employees create individualized development plans which allow them to envision both personal and professional goals.

The report will be issued to the media and general public on February 23, 2007, and a professionally printed copy will be made available in March. Representatives from Dean, Dorton & Ford will also attend an upcoming reception hosted by iWin in a show of gratitude to all employers who participated in the study.
