Paid Time Off
Personal Time: Accrues at the rate of 15-30 days per year dependent upon position and tenure.

CPA Examination: Paid time off to sit for the CPA exam.

Compensation & Bonuses
Recruiting Bonus: A recruiting bonus ranging from $250 to $1,500 will be paid to an employee who is actively involved in referring a candidate who is hired by the firm.

Net Fee Productivity Bonus: A percentage of earned base salary to all full-time client service professionals who exceed their net fee goal.

New Business Bonus: If an employee brings in a new client or adds a new service to an existing client, a bonus will be paid based on the first-year fees billed to that client.

CPA Exam Bonus: We offer an interest-free loan to cover CPA exam study programs, materials, and fees. We also offer a sliding-scale bonus paid upon successful completion of each part of the exam.
