would be reviewed based on the needs of individual office.

another office on a temporary basis, and the firm may
offer you an opportunity in another office; however,
it is unlikely that the firm would require you to transfer

Frequent local

Overnight travel is minimal, with our auditors averaging

Will I have to choose between Tax and Audit work?
No.
Dean, Dorton & Ford offers new staff the opportunity
to work in both tax and audit. We believe that staff
can make a better-informed decision about the path they
wish to take once theyve had an opportunity to
work in both areas.
After at least one busy season, staff may choose
to specialize in one area over the other or continue
doing a mix of both tax and audit.

We
recognize that there are significant costs associated

programs/materials.
A sliding-scale bonus program that pays for the

to successfully pass each part.
An additional bonus is paid to employees that successfully
pass all parts of the exam within twelve months of their
hire date.
Paid time off to sit for the exam.
Does the firm provide study material or have a library

provide CPA exam study materials to staff; however,
we do offer an interest-free loan to assist in covering
the cost of study programs/materials. Staff who have
successfully passed the CPA exam may be willing to share
their study materials.
Does the firm offer tuition reimbursement or tuition
assistance?
No, we do not currently have a tuition
reimbursement or tuition assistance policy. However,
the firm is committed to covering the costs associated
with professional development and continuing professional
education.
