William J. "Bill" Kohm
Director of Assurance Services

Bill has over ten years of experience in providing audit and accounting services. He has assisted clients in various industries, including coal mining, telecommunications, manufacturing, and technology. He has taken on a variety of projects outside the normal audit procedures, including assisting clients with SEC filings, due diligence procedures, Section 404 internal controls assessments, bankruptcy accounting, and purchase accounting. Additionally, he has been influential in helping clients implement new accounting standards. Along with providing excellent client service, Bill has trained several staff auditors with the focus on understanding the risks of the client’s business and identifying process improvement recommendations.
